Filafolio Beta Tester Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Filafolio Beta Tester Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered solely by Filafolio, LLC, 11188 Whitehawk Street, Plantation, Florida 33324 (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to eric@filafolio.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who complete every entry step in Section 4, including downloading and installing an authorized Filafolio beta on the Apple or Android platform selected in their request. The beta is provided without a purchase or participation fee. Eligibility and installation are subject to Sponsor verification.

Owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live. The Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 20, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device. Every entry step, including the verified beta installation, must be completed by the end of the Entry Period.

4. How to enter

1. During the Entry Period, visit filafolio.com, select “BECOME A BETA TESTER,” provide a valid email address, select Apple or Android, make the required eligibility and Official Rules certification, and submit the form. This first step requests a beta link but does not by itself create a Sweepstakes entry.
2. Watch the submitted email address, including spam or junk folders, for the authorized beta link sent separately by Sponsor.
3. Using that authorized link, download and install the Filafolio beta for the selected platform before the Entry Period ends. No paid app, subscription, in-app purchase, or Filafolio Pro purchase is required.
4. Sponsor will verify the beta installation using the applicable beta-distribution record associated with the request. After verification, Sponsor will activate the eligible entry and send an email beginning “Thank you for entering.” Only that confirmation means an eligible entry has been activated.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address for the entire Sweepstakes. A repeated request or platform update does not create an additional entry or improve the entrant’s odds. Sponsor will apply the same reasonable link-delivery and installation-verification process to all requesters and will not arbitrarily reject a timely, otherwise valid installation. A requester who believes a timely installation was not recognized must contact eric@filafolio.com before the Entry Period ends.

Automated, scripted, bulk, generated, incomplete, deceptive, or fraudulent requests or entries are prohibited. Normal internet or mobile-data charges imposed by an entrant’s provider may apply and are the entrant’s responsibility.

5. Prizes and approximate retail value

• One Grand Prize: one $250 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $250.
• Ten Filafolio Pro Prizes: each winner receives a promotional code for a complimentary Filafolio Pro lifetime unlock on a compatible supported platform. The Filafolio app itself is free to download; this prize unlocks Pro features ordinarily offered as a one-time $9.99 in-app purchase. ARV: $9.99 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $349.90. “Lifetime” refers to the operating life of the compatible Filafolio app and does not require Sponsor to operate the app forever. Platform availability, a compatible device, an applicable app-store account, and the app-store provider’s redemption terms may apply. If a stated prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable, may not be sold, and are not redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor may make a substitution as stated above. Limit one prize per person. Winners are responsible for taxes, if any.

6. Random drawing and odds

On September 27, 2026 at approximately 7:00 p.m. EDT, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible, activated entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor intends to show the drawing live on Filafolio’s official TikTok account. The drawing remains valid if a livestream is delayed, interrupted, or unavailable for technical or other reasons. Sponsor will first select one potential Grand Prize winner and then ten potential Filafolio Pro Prize winners, without replacement and subject to the one-prize-per-person limit.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Being present during the livestream is not required to win.

7. Winner notification and prize delivery

Potential winners will be notified using the email address submitted with their beta access request, normally within two business days after the drawing. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours after notification and may be required to confirm eligibility, identity, age, residency, and verified installation and to complete a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not complete required documentation, that person forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor expects to deliver prizes electronically or by mail within 30 days after winner verification. Entrants are responsible for keeping their submitted email address able to receive messages from filafolio.com and for checking spam or junk folders.

8. Entrant conduct and Sponsor decisions

Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with the request, installation-verification, or entry process; uses multiple identities or email addresses to obtain extra entries; provides false information; violates these Rules; or acts in an abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or unlawful manner. Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject an otherwise valid entry or fail to award an offered prize.

9. Modification, suspension, or cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, security incident, natural disaster, government action, platform outage, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or lawful operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it. If feasible and lawful, Sponsor may award the prizes by a random drawing from eligible entries activated before the affected event. Sponsor will post material changes at filafolio.com.

10. Releases and publicity

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Acceptance of a prize permits Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, and state in a winner list and legally required promotion records. Any broader promotional use of a winner’s name, image, voice, or likeness will require separate consent where required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, undeliverable, or technically unsuccessful requests, downloads, installations, entries, or notices; service, device, network, platform, or livestream failures; unauthorized human intervention; or errors in Sweepstakes materials, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or where liability cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Sponsor will use request and entry information to deliver the beta link, verify installation, administer the Sweepstakes, contact and verify potential winners, deliver prizes, maintain legally required records, and prevent fraud. This includes the submitted email, platform selection, link-delivery and installation-verification dates, rules acceptance, entry status, and notification history. Information is not added to a marketing list merely because a person requests beta access or enters. Information is handled under Filafolio’s Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the entrant and Sponsor agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it informally by written notice. Any unresolved dispute must be brought individually in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Winner list

After the winners are verified, a winner list will be available at no charge by emailing eric@filafolio.com with the subject “2026 Sweepstakes Winner List.” Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

15. Platform and brand disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Visa, Apple, Google, TestFlight, or their affiliates. TikTok is used only as an intended livestream platform. Visa is a trademark of its owner and identifies the gift-card network. Apple, Google, and beta-distribution services may provide download, installation-status, app-store, or code-redemption services but are not responsible for the Sweepstakes. Entrants release those parties from claims arising solely from administration of the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by law.
