Filafolio Pro Purchase Terms
Effective date: August 8, 2026
These Filafolio Pro Purchase Terms explain the free version of Filafolio, the one-time Filafolio Pro purchase offered by Filafolio, LLC, offer-code access, restoration, and refunds. There is no recurring subscription fee for Filafolio Pro.
1. Free version
You may download and use Filafolio without charge for up to five active filament inventory entries. Before adding a sixth entry, the app will ask you to unlock Filafolio Pro. Deleting an entry may make room for another free entry, but attempting to evade the limit through manipulation, automation, or abuse violates the Terms of Use.
2. One-time Filafolio Pro purchase
Filafolio Pro is currently offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for $9.99 in U.S. dollars, plus any tax collected by Apple. The price and currency displayed by Apple before purchase control. Completing the purchase permanently unlocks the Filafolio Pro features associated with that Apple ID for the operating life of the compatible app. It does not create an annual or monthly subscription.
3. What Pro unlocks
Filafolio Pro removes the five-entry limit and unlocks the Pro inventory tools identified in the app, including unlimited filament entries, batch scanning, inventory reports, backups, and related features. Separate third-party purchases, physical products, affiliate purchases, and any materially separate future product are not included unless Filafolio expressly states otherwise.
4. Payment and restoration
Apple processes the purchase under its Media Services Terms. Filafolio does not receive or store your full payment-card number. You may use the app's Restore Purchase control to restore an eligible Pro purchase while signed in to the Apple ID that completed it. Apple's family sharing rules, territorial availability, device compatibility, and account requirements apply.
5. Offer codes and complimentary access
Filafolio may distribute Apple offer codes that provide complimentary Filafolio Pro access. Codes may be single-use, time-limited, territory-limited, non-transferable, and subject to Apple's terms and the conditions stated with the offer. Codes have no cash value and may not be sold. Filafolio may refuse or revoke access obtained through a fraudulent, resold, duplicated, or unauthorized code to the extent permitted by Apple and applicable law.
6. Founding Beta Testers
People who redeemed a qualifying Founding Beta Tester invitation and accepted the Founding Beta Tester Agreement before enrollment closed retain the complimentary lifetime-access benefit promised in that agreement. Unused founding invitation codes are expired. Future test access does not include complimentary Pro access unless Filafolio separately provides it in writing or through an authorized Apple offer code.
7. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's billing and refund process. Filafolio cannot directly refund a charge collected by Apple. You may request a refund through Apple, and any rights provided by applicable law remain unchanged.
8. Local data and backups
In the production app, your personal inventory is stored primarily on your device. A Pro purchase does not by itself back up or recover your inventory. Use Filafolio's export feature before replacing, resetting, or erasing a device. Removing the app may remove locally stored data.
9. Relationship to the Terms of Use
These Purchase Terms are incorporated into Filafolio's Terms of Use. If they directly conflict about the free-entry limit, one-time price, offer codes, purchase restoration, or refunds, these Purchase Terms control for that subject.
